Whenever you code you start coding with the specific software. If you want code in C or C++ then you need Turbo C or C++ software or borland C. Actually recently I was in a seminar in which I learned that every programming language is based on C. It means it is a base which you have to learn and later you can code in different languages.
If you are knowing C programming language then you can code in any language and create your own application. If you really want to start up with something then I will be telling you to start up with C language.
