Few Reasons Not To Play The Blue Whale Game

What is the Blue Whale online suicide game?

The Blue Whale suicide game is believed to be a social media group which is encouraging people to kill themselves. There are hundreds of thousands of posts relating to the sick trend on Instagram. It’s thought a group administrator assigns daily tasks to members, which they have to complete over 50 days. The horrific tasks include self-harming, watching horror movies and waking up at unusual hours, but these gradually get more extreme.

On the 50th day, the controlling manipulators behind the game reportedly instruct the youngsters to commit suicide. The NSPCC say children should remember not to follow the crowd and not feel pressured into doing anything that makes them feel unsafe. A spokesperson said: “Children can find it difficult to stand up to peer pressure but they must know it’s perfectly okay to refuse to take part in crazes that make them feel unsafe or scared.
“Parents should talk with their children and emphasise that they can make their own choices and discuss ways of how to say no.
“Reassuring a child that they can still be accepted even if they don’t go along with the crowd will help stop them doing something that could hurt them or make them uncomfortable.”

FOR KIDS: How to say "NO"

It can sometimes be hard to stand up to your friends, so Childline offers the following tips on how to say no:
1) Say it with confidence:
Be assertive. It’s your choice and you don’t have to do something which makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
2) Try not to judge them:
By respecting their choices, they should respect yours.
3) Spend time with friends who can say ‘no’:
It takes confidence and courage to say no to your friends. Spend time with other friends who also aren’t taking part.
4) Suggest something else to do:
If you don’t feel comfortable doing what your friends are doing, suggest something else to do.
Any child worried about peer pressure or online worries can contact Childline on 0800 1111.

As horrific as it is, a 14-year-old killing himself is not impossible, or even improbable. It is happening, and the task at hand is to understand how to prevent it, not badmouth the dead kid.
That said, let's talk about the Blue Whale Challenge.
It is an online challenge that lays down a total of 50 tasks before whoever chooses to play it. These tasks count down from psychologically twisted games to self-inflicted wounds, and ultimately, to suicide.
Now, the most obvious question: Why would someone take up a challenge that asks them to commit suicide?

Few Reasons Not To Play The Blue Whale Game

When a 16-year-old was casually asked this, his response was, "Why not?"

This disturbing counter question shows that the trouble here does not lie with the game. The Blue Whale Challenge is just the creature lurking on the surface; the real monster swims in the darkness surrounding our school-going generation.

13 Reasons Not To Play This Game

Focusing on the bigger picture, here are a few things we must worry about before and beyond the Blue Whale Challenge:

1. TEMPTATION
The forbidden fruit is there. But even if it is removed, the temptation to have it is the bigger trouble. That is Problem Number One.
The nagging interest to take up a challenge that is riddled with you harming yourself, the compulsion to click on the Sign Up option, that is a greater devil than the game itself.

2. SELF-DESTRUCTION IS APPEALING
An online challenge that is harmful, painful, and clearly a wrong thing to do, is appealing to young people. That is the reality, just like kids picking up at school the disturbing practice of cutting.
This distorted attraction to self-harm is a major problem.

3. AUDIENCE
The kids playing this 'game' are not hurting themselves in solitude, but with someone watching them. They are sharing pictures of their bleeding skin, of them sitting on the edge of a building with someone interested.
Isn't it possible that it is the presence of an audience that is drawing people to the Blue Whale Challenge?

4. ATTENTION - PART 1
A person could be taking the Blue Whale Challenge out of curiousity, or under peer pressure, or simply out of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). But at the end of the day, truth is that they are taking it by choice.
But why? The existence of an audience raises the question of attention. Is it the lack of attention from near ones that makes the attention from a stranger -- a Blue Whale curator who is open to a conversation about the dark thoughts in your mind -- appealing?

5. ATTENTION - PART 2
Speaking of attention, a number of the tasks on the Blue Whale Challenge spin around self-inflicted wounds, ranging from slits to the full-blown carving of a blue whale on the body.
Granted, these wounds can be easily hidden under sleeves and trousers, but the pain will still be there. It should not be easy to miss a person walking around with multiple raw wounds.
Considering we are dealing with such horrid 'games' now, we have to be more attentive toward adolescents.

6. MANIPULATION
An adolescent or a teenager is likely to be easily influenced. Peer pressure, temptation, and (of course) social media nudge young people to fall into habits that they shouldn't. This is why a psychotic person finds it easier to target and manipulate kids of this age group than adults.
Ergo, the first thing to do should be opening a dialogue with kids, and discouraging them from taking candies like the Blue Whale Challenge from strangers.

7. DEPRESSION
Parents continue to grapple with the possibility that their kids can suffer from depression. That, coupled with the lack of psychological help, pushes young people to look elsewhere.
Blue Whale creator Philipp Budeikin is of the opinion that he gave victims "warmth", "understanding" and "contact". As full of nonsense as that man is, it is not impossible to consider that kids dealing with mental distresses would be more drawn to such challenges than anyone else.
Talk to them.

8. ADVENTURE
Why are teenagers drawn to the idea of obeying a stranger who is egging them on to hurt themselves?
Simple. Dare.
It is at around this age that experimenting with daredevil stunts and dangerous practices is considered 'cool'. Hence, surely, some players join the Blue Whale Challenge as a show of strength, and for the adventure...to prove that they are too strong to be broken.
Unfortunately, this sense of 'valiance' is a fear factor parents should look out for.

Few Reasons Not To Play The Blue Whale Game
Screenshot of a conversation with someone who had posted 'I am a whale' on their social media.

9. THREATS
The Blue Whale Challenge begins with free will, but soon, the curator becomes a bully. Reports show that curators threaten to hurt the players if they show reluctance in continuing with the challenge.
Problem is, threats and bullying are not practices that will end with the Blue Whale Challenge. Your child can be threatened into hurting him/herself outside the internet as well.
This problem is near impossible to resolve, and the best we can do is make it easier for children to seek help in such situations, instead of giving into such bullying.

10. STOP SLAMMING SUICIDE
Yes, you read that right. Just as telling someone that killing themselves "is okay" is horrid, accusing a suicidal person of being stupid is as terrible.
By trash-talking about suicide, we create an atmosphere where talking about suicidal tendencies is considered cowardly and weak.
Hence, we push a person in need of sane help toward distorted sources of 'comfort', like drug use, alcoholism, and games like the Blue Whale Challenge.

11. COMFORT WITH VIOLENCE
Kids these days enjoy playing online games where they get to blow up things and gun down virtual people. Without probably understanding, they get comfortable with the idea of violence with these games.
While there is no parallel between games that consist of gore and the Blue Whale Challenge, the sense of destruction and violence is common.
In order to keep kids away from self-harm, shouldn't we begin with keeping them from virtually killing people for fun?

12. THIS IS A HYDRA
The Blue Whale is not alone. There are tonnes of other suicide games/chains: F57, Wake Me Up at 4.20 am, etc.
Getting rid of one game will not slay the monster. It will simply pop up with another name, another head. How many will you ban, how many will you chop?
The problem lies with the creation, and even the demand for such online challenges.

13. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE TRIGGERS
Some feel Netflix show Thirteen Reasons Why "glamourised suicide". This argument is misleading and made without understanding the message the original book tries to send.
Having said that, it is true that TV shows, movies, books, and even songs have different sorts of impact on different people. What makes one happy can trigger bad memories and grief for someone else.
Same goes for depression or suicide. There will always be triggers, and it will not end with the end of the Blue Whale Challenge. We have to teach our kids to deal with this crisis better.
To anybody looking for help or considering joining the Blue Whale Challenge, we urge you to talk to someone. As for the internet and online games, you can do much better than this stinking fish.

Final Words

If you're Mentally not so strong then i would recommend you not to play this Suicidal Game. It would risk your life with its harmful levels. Inspite of wasting your time on this game enjoy with your family. Because if you're gone, they won't have you again to play and enjoy with them. Stay safe and stay happy 😊

Xiaomi has recently unveiled their latest system, MIUI 9 with a slogan lightning fast on 26th July. MIUI 9 will offer a great user experience in terms of stability, smoothness, better battery backup as our developers put in a lot of time and efforts in system optimization. Due to time constraints, we could only introduce image search, smart assistant, and smart app launcher in the launch event. In fact, there are several cool and handy features present in MIUI 9 that you need to know!

    Miui 9 Features

    1. Split Screen
    Increase your efficiency through Split Screen. To start split-screen, enter "Recent Apps" mode by tapping on your Menu key button, you will see the "Split Screen Mode" at the top left of your screen. Choose the app you want to split from the recent apps, then drag it onto the upper part.
    For more info see this article: Understand more about Split Screen feature here.

    MIUI App Support
    Due to the rather special usage of split screen view, MIUI apps will automatically determine whether to allow the use of the feature according to its display requirements. For example, Dialer will not support Split Screen.

    Third-Party App Support
    • Third party applications need to be updated to the latest versions to support Split Screen View
    • Due to the requirement of feature support by the application developers, some apps will not work with the Split screen.
    2. Home Screen Customization
    The editing mode in home screen has been redesigned and the icon arrangement function optimized to provide users a smarter and more convenient editing mode. The bottom menu of has now reduced to three, wallpaper, widgets and home screen settings.

    One of the noticeable change is the way we move multiple apps. In MIUI9, you can drag multiple apps and manage accordingly either uninstall or create a folder for all of them. The preview representing of all the home screen pages will be shown at the bottom of the screen.

    3. Notification Filter
    Notification filters keep unimportant notifications from interrupting you. This feature study user behavior based on machine learning will automatically specify the priority level of a notification received.

    4. Lockscreen Shortcut
    You can now access more settings by swiping to the right on your lock screen. Useful and commonly used shortcut: Mi Home, Mi Remote, Mi Pay, Transport Card, and Torch could be accessed in one place as well.

    5. Message UI
    Since its update, Miui 9 is in Beta Testing mode. As far as Xiaomi has concerned, The interface of the message has changed and there is today, yesterday, and earlier header added into it. The usage of SMS messaging has been declining with the rise of the popular messaging app which offers more features. Most of the time, SMS acts as One-Time Password for phone verification. In MIUI 9, we've introduced notification group. This feature will identify and group SMS for verification code together.

    6. Silent Mode
    There's a toggle to turn on silent mode when you press the volume button.

    Silent and Do Not Disturb mode are two major calls and notification silencing option in MIUI. You can now switch between silent and Do Not Disturb mode with one click. The silent mode mutes all calls, alerts, and notifications but it will still vibrate. Schedule silent/ Do Not Disturb to turn itself on automatically. 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 8 hours.

    7. One Tap Login
    You can now easily sign up or login Mi Account in MIUI 9, like you're using now on Facebook. It's time to say good bye to password and username, you’ll see a prompt to use one-tap login instead of entering your email or phone number and password in the future. If you don't have any Mi Account yet, the current mobile number will be offered to create an account automatically.

    8. Controls and Gestures
    We can access to various shortcuts by using button and gestures in MIUI. Three fingers swipe down to take a screenshot, swipe up to activate search, two fingers pinch in to enter editing home screen mode and much more. You can now customize and access to all these settings in one place.

    9. Instant App
    An evolution in app sharing and discovery, Instant Apps allow users to run your apps instantly without installation. Currently, we are working on more third party apps to support this feature.

    10. Revamped and Simplified Features
    It's been 340 weeks, since Xiaomi has been updating our favourite MIUI ROM and still counting. With that being said, as we added more features in our ROM, the ROM size eventually gets bigger and rarely used features are left redundant. Therefore, we decided to simplify and optimize our ROM by removing Child Mode, WiWide (provides public wifi networks to stores and restaurants in China), Contact Card, Showtime (Caller Profile Video) and more. We've revamped and simplified more than 50 features.

      As we all knew, the 3rd Developer Preview of Android O has been rolled out 3 days ago. While Google's new OS seems to be mostly in a finished state, there are a few new additions to this third developer preview that are worth mentioning.

      Not that the version number of a release really matters, but for people who care about this sort of thing, the third Android O preview spilled the beans on what Android O will be called when it gets released. The "about" screen identifies the OS as "Android 8.0," killing any speculation about whether it would be called either 8.0 or 7.2. We still don't know what sugary snack the "O" will stand for, but we're at least halfway to the real name.

      The O Developer Preview runs from 21 March 2017 until the final Android O public release to AOSP and OEMs, planned for Q3 2017.
      Also look: How to Install Android O Theme on Your Any Android Device
      At key development milestones, we’ll deliver updates for your development and testing environment. Each includes SDK tools, preview system images, emulators, API reference, and API diffs. The milestones are listed below.
      • Preview 1 (initial release, alpha)
      • Preview 2 (incremental update, beta)
      • Preview 3 (final APIs and official SDK, Play publishing)
      • Preview 4 (near-final system images for final testing)
      • Final release to AOSP and ecosystem

      Whats New In Android O Developer Preview 2

      Google has made Android O (8.0.0)  Developer Preview 3 available now for eligible devices enrolled to Android Beta program. While upcoming Nokia Android Phones are not eligible for Android O Beta program, HMD has already made it clear that they will be the first ones to get Android O update, when made available by Google.

      The Android 8.0 Dev Preview 3 brings many unmentioned changes and new features with itself. While Google has been unable to provide a list of changes brought by the update, we were able to notice these changes during our hands-on. We have listed these changes and new features below and have also demoed them in our hands-on video. The device used in this video is LG Nexus 5X.

      Way back in Android 5.0 Lollipop, Google introduced the "Palette API" as part of the material design rollout. This API could automatically extract color from a source image and serve it up to an app for UI coloring. It preserved text contrast, and the API pooled colors into a few buckets like "Vibrant," "Muted," "Light," and "Dark." While the Palette API has been hanging around in Android for a while, Google basically never used it for anything.

      Developer Preview 3 Changelogs

      • Android O is now named as Android 8.0.0 in system settings
      • WiFi and Mobile Data icons have swapped places in Notification Center and are back to their original positions
      • A very aesthetically appealing feature comes with Dev Preview 3. If you are playing music then the Album art is used to make your notification banner look beautiful in Action Center. This even appears on the Lock Screen. Check the hands-on to see it in action.
      • If an app is running in background you will be prompted with a notification in Action center now.
      • Battery Settings has got a very nice looking animation that you would love to see in the hands-on video
      • Camera has got UI changes. Now there is a defined icon to swap between rear and front camera.
      • System UI Tuner has many of its Android 8.0 Dev Preview 3 customization options gone in Dev Preview 3.
      • If you have a Pixel device then you can go to Pixel launcher to change the icon shape to an extra option “Teardrop”.
      • WiFi icon now goes from status bar when WiFi is turned off
      • Clock app has a new icon and a new theme too

        New Notification Style

        That changes with Android O Developer Preview 3, where ongoing media notifications get a beautiful, vibrant color scheme pulled from each song's album art. This instantly became my favorite feature in Android O—once I saw it was working, I immediately starting tapping through my music collection to see what cool color combos it would come up with. Grungy album art gets a dark color scheme, happy neon album art gets an eyeball-searing notification, and subdued mellow album art gets a matching muted color scheme. And because the API is automatically detecting light and dark colors, I never ran into a single readability problem.

        There are new rules for background apps in Android O—basically silent, unbound background tasks are no longer a thing. Starting in the third Android O preview, any app that is doing stuff in the background will have a notification automatically created for it. The idea is to alert users to apps that are running in the background and using system resources. These notifications go in a new spot all the way at the bottom of the notification panel that Google is calling the "by the way" section. Everything here is a tiny, one-line notification, and for the most part it seems like a useful heads-up for the user.

        The problem right now is that this notification setup is a little excessive for media apps. As you can see in the screenshots, when a media app is playing music in the background, it generates both a big, colored "currently playing media" notification and a tiny "[Music app] is running in the background" notification. It really seems like, as long as an app is generating a large, ongoing notification, the little one is redundant and should be hidden. Maybe that's a change we'll see for preview 4.

        The Clock app gets a new color scheme and a new icon. The icon switches from purple to blue, and the app switches from purple to a nice dark theme. If you've ever set your alarm just before going to bed, the darker color scheme will be welcome.

        For now, there's not much more to see in the new Android O Preview. Google seems to have much of the UI nailed down now, and while there are under-the-hood stability and bug fix improvements, finalized APIs, and other internal work, there aren't many user-facing additions to talk about. Google says the final version of Android O should be out sometime this summer

          • Blogger: A person who writes content for a blog
          • Blogosphere: The online community of blogs and bloggers

          The World Before Blogging

          There was a time when the Internet was just an informational tool. In the early life of the World Wide Web some 20 years ago, websites were simple and provided a one-sided conversation. As time went on, the Internet became more interactive with the introduction of transaction-based websites and online shopping, but the online world remained one-sided.

          That all changed with the evolution of Web 2.0 (the social web) wherein user-generated content became an integral part of the online world. Today, users expect websites to provide a two-way conversation and web logs (or blogs) were born.

          The Birth of Blogs

          The earliest blogs started in the late 1990s as online diaries. Individuals posted information on a daily basis about their lives and opinions.
          The daily posts were listed in reverse date order, so readers viewed the most recent post first and scrolled through previous posts. The format provided an ongoing inner monologue from the writer.

          As blogs evolved, interactive features were added to create a two-way conversation. Readers took advantage of features that allowed them to leave comments on blog posts or link to posts on other blogs and websites to further the dialogue.

          Blogs Today

          As the Internet has become more social, blogs have gained in popularity. Today, there are over 100 million blogs with more entering the blogosphere every day. Blogs have become more than online diaries. In fact, blogging has become an important part of the online and offline worlds with popular bloggers impacting the worlds of politics, business, and society with their words.

          The Future of Blogs

          It seems inevitable that blogging will become even more powerful in the future with more people and businesses recognizing the power of bloggers as online influencers. Anyone can start a blog thanks to the simple (and often free) tools readily available online. The question will likely become not, "Why should I start a blog?" but rather, "Why shouldn't I start a blog?"

              Hello Everyone! Today i'll share an amazing fix for all the Dev's/Porters for their custom projects. As we all know now a days Mediatek had lots of custom rom available for their devices. Many of them are awesome and few of them are buggy because of some issues. Due to this issue the device is unable to detect radio networks. It makes the Dev's/Porter feel awkword and i can understand how it feels when your rom is best but it has a bug named "Ril Bug".

              Lets Start Now

              Today i'll tell how to fix one of the major issue while porting any Rom like :
              • CyanogenMod/Lineage OS
              • AOSP
              • AOKP
              • AOSPA
              While porting any rom,sometime we encounter no "No Network" after booting the rom successfully.

              But before this we will discuss on Ril. Let us read some fact about "Ril".

              What is Ril?

              A RIL Stands for Radio Interface Layer, is a layer in an operating system which provides an interface to the hardware's radio and modem. For example a Mobile Phone or a Tablet.

              Android Ril

              The Android Open Source Project provides a Radio Interface Layer (RIL) between Android telephony services (android.telephony) and the radio hardware.
              It consists of a stack of two components: a RIL Daemon and a Vendor RIL. The RIL Daemon talks to the telephony services and dispatches "solicited commands" to the Vendor RIL. The Vendor RIL is specific to a particular radio implementation, and dispatches "unsolicited commands" up to the RIL Daemon.

              Windows Ril

              A RIL is a key component of Microsoft's Windows Mobile OS. The RIL enables wireless voice or data applications to communicate with a GSM/GPRS or CDMA2000 1X modem on a Windows Mobile device. The RIL provides the system interface between the CellCore layer within the Windows Mobile OS and the radio protocol stack used by the wireless modem hardware. The RIL, therefore, also allows OEMs to integrate a variety of modems into their equipment by providing this interface.
              The RIL comprises two separate components: a RIL driver, which processes AT commands and events; and a RIL proxy, which manages requests from the multiple clients to the single RIL driver. Except for PPP connections, all interaction between the Windows Mobile OS and the device radio stack is via the RIL. (PPP connections initially use the RIL to establish the connection, but then bypass the RIL to connect directly to the virtual serial port assigned to the modem.) In essence, the RIL accepts and converts all direct service requests from the upper layers (i.e., TAPI) into commands supported and understood by the modem.
              Note that the RIL does not communicate directly with the modem, however. Instead, the final link to the modem is typically the standard serial driver provided by the OEM’s platform.

              Android's Radio Interface Layer (RIL) provides an abstraction layer between Android telephony services (android.telephony) and radio hardware. The RIL is radio agnostic, and includes support for Global System for Mobile communication (GSM)-based radios.

              The diagram below illustrates the RIL in the context of Android's Telephony system architecture.
              Solid elements represent Android blocks and dashed elements represent partner-specific proprietary blocks.

              The RIL consists of two primary components:
              RIL Daemon: The RIL daemon initializes the Vendor RIL, processes all communication from Android telephony services, and dispatches calls to the Vendor RIL as solicited commands.
              Vendor RIL: The radio-specific Vendor RIL of ril.h that processes all communication with radio hardware and dispatches calls to the RIL Daemon (rild) through unsolicited commands.

              RIL Initialization

              Android initializes the telephony stack and the Vendor RIL at startup as described in the sequence below:
              1. RIL daemon reads rild.lib path and rild.libargs system properties to determine the Vendor RIL library to use and any initialization arguments to provide to the Vendor RIL
              2. RIL daemon loads the Vendor RIL library and calls RIL_Init to initialize the RIL and obtain a reference to RIL functions
              3. RIL daemon calls RIL_register on the Android telephony stack, providing a reference to the Vendor RIL functions
              See the RIL Daemon source code at //device/commands/rild/rild.c for details.

              RIL Interaction

              There are two forms of communication that the RIL handles:
              • Solicited commands: Solicited commands originated by RIL lib, such as DIAL and HANGUP.
              • Unsolicited responses: Unsolicited responses that originate from the baseband, such as CALL_STATE_CHANGED and NEW_SMS.

              Solicited

              The following snippet illustrates the interface for solicited commands:
              void OnRequest (int request_id, void *data, size_t datalen, RIL_Token t);

              void OnRequestComplete (RIL_Token t, RIL_Error e, void *response, size_t responselen);
              There are over sixty solicited commands grouped by the following families:
              • SIM PIN, IO, and IMSI/IMEI (11)
              • Call status and handling (dial, answer, mute…) (16)
              • Network status query (4)
              • Network setting (barring, forwarding, selection…) (12)
              • SMS (3)
              • PDP connection (4)
              • Power and reset (2)
              • Supplementary Services (5)
              • Vendor defined and support (4)
              The following diagram illustrates a solicited call in Android.

              Unsolicited

              The following snippet illustrates the interface for unsolicited commands:
              void OnUnsolicitedResponse (int unsolResponse, void *data, size_t datalen);
              There are over ten unsolicited commands grouped by the following families:
              • Network status changed (4)
              • New SMS notify (3)
              • New USSD notify (2)
              • Signal strength or time changed (2)
              The following diagram illustrates an unsolicited call in Android.

              Implementing the RIL

              To implement a radio-specific RIL, create a shared library that implements a set of functions required by Android to process radio requests. The required functions are defined in the RIL header (/include/telephony/ril.h).
              The Android radio interface is radio-agnostic and the Vendor RIL can use any protocol to communicate with the radio. Android provides a reference Vendor RIL, using the Hayes AT command set, that you can use as a quick start for telephony testing and a guide for commercial vendor RILs. The source code for the reference RIL is found at
               /commands/reference-ril/
              Compile your Vendor RIL as a shared library using the convention
              libril--.so
              for example, libril-acme-124.so, where:
              • libril: all vendor RIL implementations start with 'libril'
              • : a company-specific abbreviation
              • : RIL version number
              • so: file extension

              RIL_Init

              Your Vendor RIL must define a RIL_Init function that provides a handle to the functions which will process all radio requests. RIL_Init will be called by the Android RIL Daemon at boot time to initialize the RIL.
              RIL_RadioFunctions *RIL_Init (RIL_Env* env, int argc, char **argv);
              RIL_Init should return a RIL_RadioFunctions structure containing the handles to the radio functions:
              type structure {
               int RIL_version;
               RIL_RequestFunc onRequest;
               RIL_RadioStateRequest onStateRequest;
               RIL_Supports supports;
               RIL_Cancel onCancel;
               RIL_GetVersion getVersion;
              }
              RIL_RadioFunctions;

              RIL Functions

              ril.h defines RIL states and variables, such as RIL_UNSOL_STK_CALL_SETUP, RIL_SIM_READY, RIL_SIM_NOT_READY, as well as the functions described in the tables below. Skim the header file (/device/include/telephony/ril.h) for details.

              RIL Solicited Command Requests

              The vendor RIL must provide the functions described in the table below to handle solicited commands. The RIL solicited command request types are defined in ril.h with the RIL_REQUEST_ prefix. Check the header file for details.

              Name  & Description

              1. Void (*RIL_RequestFunc) (int request, void *data, size_t datalen, RIL_Token t);
              This is the RIL entry point for solicited commands and must be able to handle the various RIL solicited request types defined in ril.h with the RIL_REQUEST_ prefix
              request is one of RIL_REQUEST_*
              data is pointer to data defined for that RIL_REQUEST_*
              t should be used in subsequent call to RIL_onResponse
              datalen is owned by caller, and should not be modified or freed by callee
              Must be completed with a call to RIL_onRequestComplete()RIL_onRequestComplete() may be called from any thread before or after this function returns. This will  always be called from the same thread, so returning here implies that the radio is ready to process another command (whether or not the previous command has completed).

              2. RIL_RadioState (*RIL_RadioStateRequest)();
              This function should return the current radio state synchronously.

              3. int (*RIL_Supports)(int requestCode);
              This function returns "1" if the specified RIL_REQUEST code is supported and 0 if it is not.

              4. void (*RIL_Cancel)(RIL_Token t);
              This function is used to indicate that a pending request should be canceled. This function is called from a separate thread--not the thread that calls RIL_RequestFunc.

              On cancel, the callee should do its best to abandon the request and call RIL_onRequestComplete with RIL_Errno CANCELLED at some later point.

              Subsequent calls to RIL_onRequestComplete for this request with other results will be tolerated but ignored (that is, it is valid to ignore the cancellation request).
              RIL_Cancel calls should return immediately and not wait for cancellation.

              5. const char * (*RIL_GetVersion) (void);
              Return a version string for your Vendor RIL

              The vendor RIL uses the following callback methods to communicate back to the Android RIL daemon.

              1. void RIL_onRequestComplete(RIL_Token t,RIL_Errno e,void *response,size_t responselen);
                  t is parameter passed in on previous call to RIL_Notification routine.
                  If e != SUCCESS, then response can be null and is ignored
                  response is owned by caller, and should not be modified or freed by callee
                  RIL_onRequestComplete will return as soon as possible
                  2. void RIL_requestTimedCallback (RIL_TimedCallback callback, void *param, const struct timeval *relativeTime);Call user-specified callback function on the same thread that RIL_RequestFunc is called. If relativeTime is specified, then it specifies a relative time value at which the callback is invoked. If relativeTime is NULL or points to a 0-filled structure, the callback will be invoked as soon as possible.

                  RIL Unsolicited Commands

                  The functions listed in the table below are call-back functions used by the Vendor RIL to invoke unsolicited commands on the Android platform. See ril.h for details.
                    unsolResponse is one of RIL_UNSOL_RESPONSE_*
                    data is pointer to data defined for that RIL_UNSOL_RESPONSE_*
                    data is owned by caller, and should not be modified or freed by caller
